Return Policy

We hope every pet and their family loves Famoré products. If you're not completely satisfied, our return and exchange process is straightforward and customer-friendly.

 

1、Return Window

After your order is delivered, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Items must be unused, in original condition, with intact packaging and labels.

 

2、How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at hello@famorepet.com with your order number and reason. We will get back to you within 1–2 business days with next steps.

 

3、Refund Method

  • Qualified returns may be refunded (less return shipping), exchanged, or credited to store points.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Bank processing may take longer.

 

4、Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are non-returnable, unless defective:

  • Used pet beds or scratchers
  • Personalized items (e.g., engraved name tags, 3D-printed items)
  • Clearance items marked as final sale

 

5、Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence. We’ll offer a free replacement or a full refund.

 

6、EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers may cancel their order within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, with original tags and packaging, and proof of purchase.

 

7、Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.
  • For change-of-mind returns, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

 

8、Notes

  • All returns must be authorized via email prior to sending.
  • Please retain tracking info until your refund is confirmed.
  • Refund processing time may vary with third-party providers (e.g., PayPal, Klarna).
